Introduction

Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF’s) used in on-road, off-road, and stationary diesel applications require service and cleaning at regular intervals during their lifecycles. The wall flow filter substrate traps the soot and other inorganic materials traveling through the exhaust stream within its walls and stores them until they are regenerated into ash. The trapped ash creates added backpressure over time and regular cleaning is the only way to ensure a filter will maintain its effectiveness. The backpressure monitor will indicate when the filter needs to be cleaned, but on average filters should be serviced once a year or every 100,000 miles. The Envi-Blast™ diesel particulate filter cleaning machine contains a universal mounting system and manually controlled air blaster which make servicing and maintaining any DPF quick and easy. The Envi-Blast™ offers a business opportunity in a growing market at an affordable price. Request a quote today!
